Travelling to the Sun – what I’ve packed!

main image

Hi Ladies,

Following on from yesterday’s post ‘Travelling with a Toddler’ (see that here), here’s a look at what I brought for myself travelling.

I wanted to be as comfortable as possible as we were travelling all day so I opted for a really light pair of pants with a cuffed leg. They actually feel like I’m in my pjs. I thought the dark colour was a good option too. You can see them here.

I wore my black and white customised Nikes. You can customise your own here.

I wore an old jumper from River Island… See a similar one here.

To dress the outfit up slightly I wore my grey sleeveless coat. I really love this, I bought it last week in London. It’s a gorgeous grey colour, it’s very light also making it really easy to wear this time of year. I’ve worn it with jeans and heels too and it looks super. You can get it here.

This is the only big handbag/beach bag I’ve brought with me. I wanted something I could use for both day wear and beach wear.
I love the silver colour, I think it looks great for summer, it’s got short handle straps or a long shoulder strap to choose from. It’s real leather so that brings the price up slightly to €65. See it here.

In terms of beauty products here’s some pics of some of what I brought.

My in flight essentials are definitely the following 3:

*Glam Glow Thirstymud Hydrating Treatment. (See here) This particular Glam Glow mask is ideal for dehydrated skin. It’s used a lot on flights especially. It’s clear and just looks like a gel going on the skin. You can leave it on for hours or over night – when you wash your face as normal your skin is left noticeably soft and hydrated.

*Nuxe hand cream. (See here) I get really dry hands when I’m flying.
This hand cream is one of my favourites. It absorbs into the skin easily. It has a light fresh scent and will soften the driest of hands.

*Nuxe Reve de Miel lip balm. (See here) I’ve often spoken about this lip balm. This is thee best lip product I’ve ever used! And I’ve used a lot! Lots of lip balms have the opposite effect on me, they actually dry my lips even more. This creamy balm really moisturises and nourishes the lips. I don’t go anywhere without it now. It was sold out worldwide for months recently. It’s back in stock on cloud10beauty.com now though- plus I saw yesterday they have a bank holiday sale happening until Monday night offering 15% off, my 10% code ‘PIPPA’ can be used on top of that so if you ever wanted anything on there, now is a good time.

 Here’s some more of what I packed…

I hope you’re having a lovely bank holiday.

Much love
