Today’s post is all about how to style trainers in a fashion friendly way.
When some people think of trainers, they instantly imagine unflattering slouchy tracksuits and hoodies. Well, believe it or not, wearing trainers is becoming quite a fashionable thing – when styled the right way, of course! 😉
If you’ve been following me for some time now, you’d know I’m a huge fan of dressing for comfort, while still looking stylish.
I like to incorporate different trends into my own style, and finding a way to add trainers to my outfit is always a bonus! We’ve come up with three chic outfits with three different styles of classic trainers – my Pumas, Converse and Vans.
The main thing that I think looks great with them is a skinny jean. The bomber jacket is a really fun way to add an edge but in keeping with the sports luxe trend. Throwing on an oversized check shirt over a simple tee can also look so effortless yet stylish and is a great look with a classic pair of Converse trainers.

Don’t be afraid to glam your outfit up by adding a statement necklace or a bold colour.
Wearing trainers has just gotten that bit more stylish so why not have fun and dress up your look as much as you can?
