POCO Pop Up Shop Launch in Mahon Point, Cork

Hope you’re all having a relaxing Bank Holiday Monday?

If you’ve been following me on social media over the past few days, you would have seen we officially opened the doors of our second POCO pop up shop. This time in Mahon Point Shopping Centre, Cork at 9.30am last Friday. The excitement levels were sky high – not just coming from myself and the POCO team but also from so many people in Cork too, which was of course beyond amazing.

The night before, we had a launch party in store where people could see the shop, try on some jeans while sipping on an Aperol Spritz (or two!) provided by The Oyster Tavern and enjoying the tunes with DJ Eddie Hughes on the decks. It was a fantastic night and a major ‘pinch me’ moment if I’m honest.

The shop itself is gorgeous – I’m sure you’ll agree with me if you’ve popped in or seen pictures. Movement Events did an amazing job fitting the shop, as always. It’s bright, simple and girly – just what I love! The stunning flowers you’ll see throughout the shop are by The Best of Buds Cork.

Brian McEvoy was there on the launch night to take some pictures of the space and everyone that was there so we thought we’d share some of them with you here. 🙂
