Juice Detox DAY 1!

So this morning I nervously and excitedly started my juice detox.
Breakfast was the following ..

1.ENERJUICE – Spinach, Apple, Celery, Cucumber, Lime, pineapple, Avocado.
This was my favourite so far, it tasted absolutely delicious. I’d happily incorporate this into my normal diet. I felt really full after it, which I was surprised about as I’m always really hungry in the morning and usually have a good breakfast like porridge and banana or berries.

3 hours later I had my next one for lunch (12pm) I wasn’t any more hungry than usual.
It was the following..

2.Raw Green Super Juice – Kale, Spinach, Celery, cucumber, Wheatgrass, Parsley.

This is a serious green juice. It tastes ridiculously healthy, the wheatgrass stands out. It’s the real deal…no sugar-coating this bad boy. It’s probably the least palatable of the juices- which I’d been well warned about. To be honest it wasn’t that bad! It wasn’t tasty but I didn’t struggle to drink it.

Around 3pm I did feel hungry and had a headache (all normal I’m told)
I hadn’t drank as much water as I should have by then. At this stage I’d only had a large cup of green tea.
So I drank a litre of water before “dinner” and felt fine again! (I’ve had 2litres in total today)

At 5pm I had my 3rd juice of the day- I was hungry for this one.
I really liked this -it taste really nice.
It was the following …

3.UPBEET – Beetroot, Courgette, Broccoli, Carrots, Celery, Kale, Spinach, Ginger, Lemon, Cucumber, Apple and Parsley.

I felt full-ish after it. I enjoy my food and I love dinner time especially so it’s only any way hard because I love to sit down to eat! In the evenings is when I’d have a few cups of tea, chocolate and probably a few biscuits. That’s all just habit for me.
I do wonder by tomorrow if ill really be craving the sugar?!

At the moment I’m having my final juice of the day. It’s my second favourite one, it’s taste really nice, refreshing and sweet.

It contains the following …

4.GINGER TONIC – Carrots, Apples, Ginger, Lemon.

If I was making one myself at home that’s the one I’d make. I love the taste of the ginger.

So that’s it for day 1.
I’ve really enjoyed it I have to say.
Hopefully I’m still saying that on day 3!!
