As I’m sure most of you know, I’ve been using the new Herbal Essences bio:renew range for the past few weeks and I’m really liking it. My favourite one has to be the ‘White Grapefruit & Mosa Mint’ shampoo and conditioner. I just love the way it leaves my hair feeling so soft, full of volume and of course, it smells amazing.

As I mentioned in my previous post about the range (see here), all of the products contain a natural active antioxidant that helps bring hair back to life. They are also free of colourants and parabens, which is especially ideal if you have coloured hair and extensions like me!

I have to say since using the products I’ve actually seen quite a significant difference in my hair. It looks super shiny – people have even commented on how healthy it’s looking at the moment too, which is always a bonus.

I brought the products with me when I was away on holidays last week with the boys as I knew they would be good for my hair in the sun. It’s become one of my wash bag essentials now.

As it was a big family holiday, having a little me-time every day was really nice – whether it was just chilling by the pool, going to the spa with the girls, or having a family meal out in the evening. As a busy working mum, between doing the school run with the kids, and everything else, it’s so important to switch off, put the phone away, and spend time with friends and family – an amazing way to #LetLifeIn.
