HD Brows

On Friday I got HD eyebrows (high definition) done by the fabulous Kim O’Sullivan. Kim has been a pal of mine for years, she worked as a make up artist with Armani for many years. She is a fantastic make up artist.

Recently she moved to the new Preen salon on 52 Dame Street- there, Kim is now doing make overs and of course the HD brows.

For those that don’t know what HD means…HD Brows is a seven-step eyebrow shaping treatment that focuses on design. It involves a combination of techniques, including tinting, waxing and threading, using specialist HD Brows products.

On average you will need to have this done every 4-6 weeks depending on how quickly you hair grows and how well your hair holds colour.

Most people get the HD Brows look immediately. However sometimes it takes a few visits for your brows to be perfected.

Even over plucked brows can have HD, just let Kim or your eyebrow stylist do all the work, don’t be tempted to touch them in between visits.

(I’ve included a pic that Kim put together showing simple steps on how to perfectly fill your brows in at home. She’s used an eyebrow gel and special brow brush from Laura Mercier to achieve this look. I bought both on her recommendation , I got colour ‘soft’ for my skin tone)
