Easter Made Easy with Centra
Can you believe Easter is only a few days away? Time is flying, that’s for sure!
This week I’m sure most of you, like me, will be busy getting prepared for the long Easter weekend ahead. Stocking up on Easter treats and planning how to keep the little loved ones in our lives busy over the Easter break! That’s where Centra comes in so handy this Easter.
Centra’s ‘Easter Made Easy’ campaign has covered absolutely everything. To make the most of your precious time, Centra have created a 14-day activity calendar to keep the little ones in your life entertained over the mid-term break. If you go on www.centra.ie, you’ll find the 14-day planner, which has a fun indoor and outdoor activity for each day. I think this is such a good idea! So whether it’s lashing rain or gloriously sunny, there’ll always be something to do.
Some of the outdoor activities include kite flying and balloon volleyball, and for the indoor activities there’s egg painting and some delicious recipes for banana bread cupcakes and gooey s’mores (how divine do they look?!). To make the s’mores, you just need Centra’s digestive biscuits, marshmallows and some chocolate (a great way to use up any left-over Easter eggs!).
If you follow me on Snapchat (pippa.oconnor), you probably would have seen how much fun Ollie had decorating a little mini Easter tree I got with painted eggs. The simplest things are usually the most fun for kids. The planner also includes everything you need to host your own Easter Egg hunt with signs and clues. We’re definitely going to be using this with Ollie – I know he’s really going to enjoy that. 🙂
If you’re hosting Easter Sunday lunch or dinner, Centra is making it easy to host a no-fuss Easter feast. They’ve kept time strapped shoppers like me in mind with their quality range of Easter essentials for easy entertaining. And super convenient too when you are trying to squeeze in some time to pick up your Easter goodies – you’ll be in and out in no time.
Their Easter range has everything you’ll need. There’s a fresh Irish quality half leg of lamb for €9.99, some prepared Mediterranean veggies for €2.50 and garlic and rosemary potatoes for €3 that can just be popped in the oven.
There are also some gorgeous Easter-themed flower bouquets starting at €14.99. For those with a sweet tooth, there’s some really cute colourful Easter cupcakes – four for €2 (yummy!). And for the ultimate indulgence, they have a Belgian chocolate Easter cake for €7.
If you need more information go to www.centra.ie or your local store for more details.
So are you Easter ready yet? 🙂
