Dry shampoo is one of those products that I consider an absolute must-have – a Holy Grail product in your hair care regime. I’ve tried and tested lots of different ones over the years but I’ve whittled my favourites down to four, all of which I reach for on days I’m in between hair washes or just want to give my hair that bit more volume and style.

Are you a dry shampoo kind of girl too?

What one is your go-to?

#1.

– UNITE 7 Seconds Refresher – This dry shampoo is one of the best I’ve ever used. Available in most salons, this not only smells amazing, it’s great for freshening up your hair while adding some volume to your roots. It doesn’t leave a white residue either, which is a bonus. Buy it here

#2:

– IGK ‘First Class’ Charcoal Detox Dry Shampoo – I first came across the IGK brand in Sephora in the US about two years go or so and have been a fan ever since. Their ‘First Class’ dry shampoo is seriously heavy duty so one to reach for when you really need it – the results are amazing! Formulated with charcoal powder, it helps to absorb and gently lift away dirt, oil, sweat and build-up while still being gentle to the hair and soothing the scalp Buy it here

#3:

– MOROCCANOIL Dry Shampoo This product has been a favourite of mine for I don’t know how long at this stage. It’s a must-have that works so well, even leaving your hair feeling soft and adding volume. It smells gorgeous. I use ‘Light Tones’ but it’s also available in ‘Dark Tones’ for the brunettes. #4:

– ‘Lazy Girl’ by Sam McKnight – I’ve been using this dry shampoo for a good while now and still reach for it on in-between days. A little goes a long way with this so it will last a long time. The packaging is gorgeous also. Buy it here
