Simple Bolognese sauce for the whole family!

Hey Everyone!

My latest YouTube video is live and this time it’s something a little different to my previous videos.

I’m cooking one of my family favourites. I love making this because it’s so easy, hearty and Ollie loves it.

Ingredients used

1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil
1 onion
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
1 clove of garlic
1 & 1/2 pounds of lean minced beef
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon of tomato purée
400ml of beef stock
1/2 cup of pasta
4 potatoes
Dash of milk
Knob of dairy gold butter
Pinch of mixed herbs
Block of cheddar cheese for grating
