3 Trousers Trends to Try This Summer!

Everyone needs a good pair of trousers in their wardrobe. Would you agree?

If you’re having one of those days where you don’t want to bare your pins or you’re looking for something more comfortable for a night out, they never let you down.

Season after season, new styles of trousers come out and we are loving this year’s.

The first being the skinny cigarette trouser:

These are the ideal trouser for a night out with a nice pair of heeled sandals or pointed courts. Bold patterned as well as plain coloured versions can be found in most shops at the moment. They can be really smart looking and they can be styled so many ways. Get a matching blazer and you have the perfect power suit 😉

Next up, the tailored jogger:

These have been heavily featured as being part of the ‘Sports Luxe’ trend with Blake Lively being a fan. Comfortable but extremely trendy, these are great to create that effortlessly stylish look we all want. These can be paired with some killer heels for major fashion points with a blouse or tee, or you could add some Converse trainers or even sandals for laid-back daywear.

And lastly, we have the loose trouser:

Whether it’s linen, chiffon or satin, loose trousers are bang on trend at the moment. The ever-so-comfortable trouser has been sported by so many celebs lately, and there’s actually plenty to choose from. For a figure flattering look you can belt them and wear them with a fitted top or a light blouse tucked in. Even a tee with a statement necklace would add some girliness to your outfit.

Kendall Jenner, who has quickly become a major fashionista lately, looked incredible at the Billboard Music Awards a few weeks back. The fitted sparkly trousers she wore had us searching for a similar pair ever since and we’ve finally found our own version! Kate Moss’ collection for Topshop’s statement pair would be perfect for a night out. What do you think?
