Winter Wedding Guest Outfits!

Hope you’re all well.

I’ve been getting quite a good few questions recently about what to wear to an autumn/winter wedding and what styles and colours work best for such an event.

So today, we’re looking at three different outfit ideas, all of which would be perfectly appropriate to wear to a winter wedding. The main rule of thumb would be to avoid any loud, summery floral patterns. Winter gives us the opportunity to make the most of accessorising and layering. It really is the best time for any of you magpies out there to add as much sparkle as you can by sporting a statement necklace, earrings or bangles 😉

I love the look of a simple longline duster coat, like the Boohoo one below, over your dress – I think it just looks so simple and elegant.

The navy blue drop waist dress from Coast is one of my faves from today’s post. Isn’t it just like something style queen Olivia Palermo would wear?! Add a pair of trusty nude heels and a sparkly clutch and you’re winter wedding ready!
