Pippa’s Picks: The Printed Coatigan

The coatigan is one of my ultimate fave pieces for perfect transeasonal dressing. So… naturally when I spotted this aztec printed gem on the Urban Outfitters site, I just knew it had to be mine.

Not quite a cardigan and not quite a coat, the coatigan is ideal for our oh so lovely unpredictable Irish weather. I love how lightweight this is – it’s so easy to just throw on over any outfit. The print of it is fab, would you agree? I’d even put this over a simple dress or skirt and top combo for an effortlessly glam nighttime outfit.

I styled it with this very simple and classic loose fitted t-shirt. A plain white tee is definitely a staple all women should have in their wardrobes (the styling possibilities are endless!). I thought pairing it with these BDG black skinny jeans was a no-brainer – you can never go wrong with black skinnies! I’ll definitely be wearing them with my Converse on more casual days.
