Love Mascara? You need to try Bourjois Volume Reveal!

Since Bourjois sent me out its new Volume Reveal Mascara to try over a month ago, I’ve been hooked. If you follow me on Snapchat (pippa.oconnor), you would have seen me use this and really liking the results.

If you didn’t already know, mascara is one of my key everyday make up products – even on casual days when I’m not in a full face of make up, I like to wear it as it opens up the eyes and I just feel more like myself.

At this stage I’ve gone through so many different mascaras that now I instantly know what works well for me and what doesn’t. After using it daily over the past few weeks, the Bourjois Volume Reveal Mascara has now become one of my faves. Between its packaging, wand and application, it ticks all the boxes for me. I’ve even been asked do I have false eyelashes on when I wear this as it makes them look really long and fluttery!

Its luxurious packaging instantly impressed me. This isn’t your typical mascara, ladies. It has a fancy built-in mirror with a 3x zoom, which basically makes it so much easier to coat every single lash flawlessly and evenly without that dreaded clumpy look. Amazing! The mirror also makes it so handy to have in your bag on the go and to ensure your lashes are on point all day everyday, of course. 😉

And now to the actual mascara… The brush, as you can see in the picture, is made up of a double row of bristles at 2 different heights, catching even the shortest of lashes. It has a super volumising effect on the lashes from root to tip, which is what I always look for in a mascara. Another box ticked 😉 I’ve been using the waterproof version but it does come in a non-waterproof form as well if you prefer.
