Heatons autumn / winter collection

If you follow me on my Facebook, Instagram or Snapchat (pippa.oconnor), you probably would have seen that we went along to Heatons autumn / winter preview last week. I was really looking forward to getting a sneak peek at what Heatons had in store for the upcoming season… and we certainly weren’t disappointed.

This autumn / winter collection is very focused on quality at brilliant price points, the range has something for the whole family including fashion, footwear, accessories and home.

Some people may not know this, but I find Heatons fashion to always be very current and on trend. You can put together some really chic and unique looks at amazing prices.

There were a good few standout pieces from the women’s collection, which ranges from sizes 8-20. I learned while I was at the event, Heatons is also launching a brand new denim brand for women called ‘True Denim’. This brand has a range of shapes and cuts to flatter every body type. There are high-waisted jeans, flare leg, straight leg and skinny leg. My fave was a pair of PU coated jeans that I seriously need in my life. A pair of leather-look jeans is my ideal winter night out staple – you just can’t go wrong!

70s vibes will still be going strong for the upcoming colder season. I especially loved this colour block cape – how fab? It’s very soft and warm so would definitely come in handy and go with so many things. And it’s only €20… what a steal! The faux fur gilet is an absolute must-have – I’m sure you would all agree with me on that! This one is €29.50 😉

I also loved the more feminine pieces in the collection, with gorgeous grey and soft pink hues in the cosy knits from €18 and chic accessories. It’s definitely one my favourite colour combinations as it’s so flattering, what’s yours?

And of course it wouldn’t be the ultimate autumn / winter collection without some fabulous boots. The brown leather Chelsea boots (€25) in particular caught my eye straight away. They’ll be perfect with skinny jeans and a big warm coat on days where I want to look chic and stylish but still feel comfortable.

We also got a chance to preview Heatons Kids collection for the season ahead. All of these pieces were so sweet and still excellent quality. When I saw that sherpa lined gilet (€13) I immediately said “I could see Ollie in that”. Not only is it very cool, the quality felt great and it’s a piece he’d get good wear out of.

Heatons kid’s collection for girls (3 – 12yrs) is also very trendy. It’s full of pretty floral prints and denim fabrics. How adorable is this rose printed chiffon dress priced at €14.00?
