Boots new app!

We’ve teamed up with Boots this summer and we were asked to trial their brand new app, which just came out last week. As I love Boots, I was delighted and more than happy to see this app being launched.
Not only is it easy to use, it’s also very handy for the beauty/skincare junkies out there, like myself! The Boots Ireland app is linked with the Boots Advantage Card, so that means you can avail of personalised offers that are tailored to you and to your fave products under the ‘Offers for me section’. You choose which offers you like and they’re then automatically added to your Boots Advantage Card to be redeemed in store immediately, without the hassle of carrying around paper vouchers. New offers come in every two weeks on the app, which is an added bonus.
As well as getting some brilliant offers, you can actually use the app in store and scan product barcodes to read customer ratings and reviews, which I know many of us rely on when we’re undecided about a product. You also get to see a more detailed description of the scanned item.
Shopping online is definitely one of my fave things to do as it’s really convenient, so I love that you can also purchase products from the entire Boots range instantly on the app – and you even have the option of collecting your buys from a selected store the next day. There’s also the ‘Locator’ feature on the app that allows you to find your nearest Boots store.
So using the app, I went along to Boots to pick up some products and I have to say it was very easy to use with no hassle. Here’s what I picked up…
Having tried and tested the Boots Ireland App, I’ll definitely use it again. It’s free to download from the app store or Google Play, so why not give it a go?
Here’s some of my savings from availing of the app…
*I saved €8.49 on the L’oreal beauty products getting 2 for €18.
*I saved €8.99 on Boots vitamins
*I saved €5.49 eyelash & duo glue , getting 3 for the price of 2.
*I saved €1.19 on Mitchum deodorant.
I made a total saving of €31.78 and I received triple points! 🙂
